Yes. For large projects, we request a 3 Installment Payment Plan including a down payment to schedule the project. The exact details and terms will be provided in my proposal. The final installment will be paid on completion of the project, prior to releasing the final artwork.
We accept the following payment forms: Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Electronic bank transfers via ACH(Preferred).
Each project can vary depending on development needs and client response time.
Generally, Essential Growth services projects take 2-3 weeks.
Executive Business Service projects are usually 3-6 weeks depending on full project details.
Absolutely! At the end of your project, I offer a complimentary short walk-through to help you learn the backend of your website. However, extensive detailed overviews must be scheduled.
Not yet. It takes time and good search engine optimization (SEO) to achieve this. However, if you purchased this option your site will be optimized for search engines and over time could get on the first page of Google for search terms related to your business.
A branding project involves a lot of information gathering: notes and a detailed brainstorming process to identify your brand before anything is designed. We’ll discuss your business, history, goals, audience, competitors, brand personality, and more. This will set parameters and guide the design process. Since you’re involved in setting those parameters, you can be confident your brand identity will be something you love. However, if you are completely unhappy with the results, we will provide options for your investment based on the stage of the project.
In this case, you simply need a designer who can execute your idea by vectorizing your image and provide project files. This is something we can assist with for some of our clients need high-resolution design files of a preexisting logo. Keeping your website up to date and accurate is crucial to the return on your investment! Your website was developed using WordPress, an open-source content management system (CMS) built with a vast selection of plugins and themes. These plugins and themes release regular updates; some of these updates address security; some of them are functional or aesthetic improvements. So, ensuring your plugins and
themes are updated keeps your website both safe and functional.
It depends on the amount of change requests we have received from your website backend and any special requests given. General updates are usually made within 48 hours. If special change requests are made, we will confirm the turnaround time and potential added costs before starting.
J4D will be sad to see you go but simply send an email at least 10 days before your next payment date and we’ll happily cancel your direct debit for the upcoming withdrawals. We’ll update your WordPress theme, plugins, and provide a backup for your records.
Yes, contact us with your specific needs and we will work out a strategic plan for success. Please note, if you opt-out of standard program offerings there is no reduction in costs.

There is no contracted obligation. Payments are on a pay-as-you-go basis, therefore you can opt out at any time. The program requires automatic credit card billing for quarterly renewals. Example: Your credit card will be automatically billed on the day of your initial payment every 3 months (quarterly) until canceled.
You’ll receive a scheduled email report detailing all the changes to your site so you’ll know exactly what’s been updated and what works been carried out.
