Keeping your website up to date and accurate is crucial to the return on your investment! Your website was developed using WordPress, an open-source content management system (CMS) built with a vast selection of plugins and themes. These plugins and themes release regular updates; some of these updates address security; some of them are functional or aesthetic improvements. So, ensuring your plugins and
themes are updated keeps your website both safe and functional.
It depends on the amount of change requests we have received from your website backend and any special requests given. General updates are usually made within 48 hours. If special change requests are made, we will confirm the turnaround time and potential added costs before starting.
J4D will be sad to see you go but simply send an email at least 10 days before your next payment date and we’ll happily cancel your direct debit for the upcoming withdrawals. We’ll update your WordPress theme, plugins, and provide a backup for your records.
